The cyclonic desanding separator is a liquid-solid or gas-solid separation equipment. They are used to remove solids in gas or well fluid or condensate, as well as seawater solidification removal or production recovery, water injection, and water flooding to increase production. The principle of cyclonic technology is based on separating solids, including sediment, rock debris, metal chips, scale, and product crystals, from fluids.
The filter element is made of high-tech ceramic wear-resistant materials, polymer wear-resistant materials, or metal materials. High-efficiency solid particle separation or classification equipment can be designed and manufactured according to different working conditions, codes, and user specifications.
Forms of cyclonic sand removal separators include Wellhead Multi-phase Sand Removing Units, Crude Sand Removing Units, Gas Sand Removing Units, Produced Water Sand Removing Units, Fine particle removal for Water Injection, and Oily Sand Cleaning Units.
Regardless of factors such as working conditions, sand content, particle density, or particle size distribution, the sand removal rate can reach 98%, with a minimum particle diameter removal capability of 1.5 microns. Commonly used cyclone tube models include: PR10, PR25, PR50, PR100, PR150, PR200, etc., with liners available in metal, ceramic, or polymer wear-resistant materials.
